Role Overview We are seeking a proactive, resourceful, and fast-paced Business Analyst -ideally coming from a startup, boutique consulting firm, or product team with heavy internal stakeholder management experience- to support a high-visibility project attached to a key client in the Construction industry. In this role, you will act as a liaison, moving with careful urgency to gather and document client requirements, support technical specification and analysis, and ensure implementation work directly aligns with both client needs and contractual requirements. This is a full-time W2 position (can also be contracted through your company if preferred) on a fixed-term engagement currently ending May 2027, with a possibility of converting into a permanent role based on performance and client needs. This role is work-from-home (remote) though must be able to commute to client offices in Virginia as needed (estimated every month).
