About The Position

Requirements

• College Degree in Business or Finance, or 2 to 7 years of relevant experience
• 3-6 years of analytical experience in a manufacturing , supply chain, or financial environment.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook are necessary.
• Analytical skills to support and enhance supply chain strategy and goals required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently is required.
• Ability to build strategic relationships across functions and locations including all levels including senior leadership.
• Ability and availability to travel up to 25%
• Ability to work well with others as well as independently.
• Must be able to perform in a fast-paced, independent work environment with limited supervision.
• Be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demands of the position.

Nice To Haves

• Experience developing presentations and presenting to management and other internal groups desired.
• Understanding manufacturing operations and continuous improvement and project management methodologies is desired

Responsibilities

• Responsible for consolidating various data sources to support business analytics.
• Leading, conducting internal and external data analysis, and providing recommendations based on analysis.
• Work with internal stakeholders and partners such as site leaders, finance, engineering, and operations to gather and analyze business requirements in support of strategic initiative.
• Support and assist with data compilation to effectively support business decisions, and ensure business operating effectiveness.
• Support the collection, maintenance, and presentation of (KPI's) key performance indicators.
• Provide detailed project cost / benefit analysis.
