About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Project Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with project scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining integrated project schedules for engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
• Support planning teams in optimizing project execution strategies, construction sequencing, and project delivery plans.
• Analyze project performance metrics and prepare reports, dashboards, and trend analyses to support informed decision-making.
• Monitor schedule progress and help identify risks, delays, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support resource planning and utilization analysis across multiple projects.
• Develop project models and forecasting tools to enhance project visibility and decision-making.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, procurement teams, and field personnel to gather, validate, and analyze project data.
• Assist with project controls activities, including schedule updates, performance tracking, and project reporting.
• Present findings, insights, and recommendations to project stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance project planning, controls, and execution processes.
