About The Position

The Associate Analyst - Cost manages internal commercial and corporate support requests for assigned suppliers. This role maintains supplier cost data files and serves as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders on cost-related issues. The Associate Analyst expedites supplier responses during the annual increase process to ensure files are received and deadlines are met, and supports Analysts and Senior Analysts.

Requirements

• Associate degree required.
• Experience with data maintenance and loading processes.
• Customer service experience, especially in a fast-paced online environment.
• Corporate or head-office experience at a mid-sized or large company.
• Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel and Access.
• Ability to interact and work with management and peers.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to set priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for internal stakeholders seeking support on cost issues.
• Load and maintain product data, cost files, and published price files.
• Investigate cost discrepancies and expedite responses to support department KPI management.
• Support Analyst, Cost Management, with department and cross-functional initiatives.
• Monitor and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
• Load supplier price increase files.
