About The Position

We are seeking a mid-level Cost Analyst with an active DoD Secret clearance to provide cost analysis and program management services in support of a program. The role supports the FXR Cost Analysis Working Group and the Program Control Integrated Product Team. The position is described as fully remote, with remote or hybrid flexibility and no anticipated travel. It is a contract-to-hire position based out of Alexandria, Virginia.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3–4 years of Cost Analysis experience; internship and academic experience are considered.
• Experience working with cost models and independently conducting cost data analysis.
• Active Secret security clearance or eligibility to obtain or maintain one.

Nice To Haves

• College degree in a STEM discipline.
• Experience completing cost analysis tasks independently in a professional environment.
• Familiarity with a Program Office environment and knowledge of Navy radar, electronic warfare, and/or combat systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide cost analysis support to the FXR Cost Analysis Working Group, focusing on development and production cost estimating and modeling.
• Develop and maintain the Cost Model and supporting documentation, including the Cost Risk/Uncertainty Exposure Determination (CRED) model, the CARD, and other products.
• Present analysis and work products to the CAWG Lead and Program Control (PC) Integrated Product Team Lead.
• Support the development and maintenance of the Acquisition Strategy, schedule, and other program management artifacts for the Program Control Integrated Product Team.
• Provide on-site and remote support to the Program Control Integrated Product Team.
