This is an exciting opportunity to provide administrative support to two Technology leaders within CVS Health’s Pharmacy & Consumer Wellness organization. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of day-to-day operations, enabling leadership to focus on strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of administrative support experience, preferably supporting senior leaders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting leaders in a technology or engineering environment
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or similar platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to Technology leaders, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
  • Manage complex scheduling across multiple time zones, prioritizing competing demands and ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Prepare, edit, and format presentations, reports, and correspondence
  • Coordinate and support team meetings, including agenda preparation, note-taking, and follow-up actions
  • Serve as a liaison between leaders, teams, and cross-functional partners
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Track and process expense reports, invoices, and purchase requests in a timely manner
  • Assist with onboarding activities for new team members
  • Support team engagement initiatives, events, and organizational communications
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and drive operational efficiency
