About The Position

Requirements

• Oral Surgery experience preferred.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented approach.
• Initiative and a proactive attitude.
• 5 years of Dental Assisting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a variety of dental procedures, including oral surgery.
• Set up and break down surgical areas, ensuring proper sterilization and patient safety.
• Take full-mouth series of X-rays, impressions, and perform dental charting.
• Provide post-operative home-care instructions to patients.
• Order dental supplies and ensure inventory is up to date.
• Foster smooth communication between the front and back office, ensuring an efficient and professional patient flow.
• Act as a key team player in daily meetings and be the 'go-to' person for staff and patient communication.
