About The Position

Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – PRN Location: Aspen Health and Rehabilitation - St Charles, MO. Join Our Growing Team! Vertical Health Services is hiring compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapy Assistants to join our in-house therapy team at Aspen Health and Rehabilitation - St Charles, MO. We’re a locally managed and rapidly growing healthcare provider with 16 rehab facilities across Missouri. This is a great opportunity to work in one consistent location with supportive leadership, reasonable productivity expectations, and a focus on patient-centered care.

Requirements

  • Active Occupational Therapy Assistant license in Missouri (or eligibility)
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for patient-centered care

Nice To Haves

  • SNF experience is a plus
  • New grads are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

  • Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
  • Work with a diverse caseload including orthopedic, neurological, short-term rehab, and long-term care patients.
  • Utilize cutting-edge equipment and modalities.
  • Assist patients in rehabilitation programs within a newly renovated facility featuring a REHAB to HOME WING and two new THERAPY GYMS with EQUIPMENT.
