About The Position

Job Description: We are seeking an Assistant Residential Property Manager & Leasing professional to support the management and leasing of our residential properties in Birmingham, AL. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow their career in property management while handling leasing responsibilities.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in residential property management, leasing, or real estate required.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and support a team.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of residential leasing laws is a plus.
- Proficiency with Yardi property management software is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Property Manager with day-to-day property operations.
- Support leasing activities, including property tours, applications, lease signings, and renewals.
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and work orders promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate maintenance requests with vendors and staff.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and resident files.
- Assist with marketing and resident engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and property regulations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
