About The Position

Get paid to have fun hanging out with kids, 18 months to 12 years of age, as you teach them how to create art and science! We are looking for teachers who can start training as soon as possible and start teaching in January. No teaching experience is required. We train you. We have permanent positions available. We need people to help spread our Passion for Art and Science Education. Teachers will teach in the Woodbury studio as well as at various locations throughout the Twin Cities East Metro area. During the school year, you will need to be available three or more days a week to work in the afternoon hours. Our greatest needs are for Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, but we also need teachers on Mondays, Fridays and weekends. If you want more GLITTER in your life, we have significantly more hours available during no-school days and the summer months. For true believers, we have mornings, early evenings, and weekend hours available too! This position is an excellent opportunity to start a rewarding career with Kidcreate Studios. Kidcreate Studio is an art and science studio just for kids. Our art and science classes are a great way to introduce children to the beautiful world of art and science! We provide a positive, self-esteem-building environment for children to explore the visual arts and science. Children get messy with paint, clay, and so much more! Specializing in children's art and science classes, camps, and birthday parties. At Kidcreate Studio, you will help children to create fridge-worthy masterpieces, learn art concepts, and experiment with many different materials. Weekly classes, camps, workshops, and homeschool classes are age-specific and are tailored to provide each student with the curriculum that suits them best.

Requirements

  • Be 18 years of age or older.
  • Have a reliable car.
  • Be enthusiastic, reliable, creative, and love working with kids.
