Finance Pathways Rotation Analyst (Early Career)

About The Position

The Finance Early Graduate Rotation Program develops future Finance leaders through structured exposure across multiple functions, hands-on project experience, and mentorship from senior leaders. As a member of a small cohort, you complete four six-month rotations across key Finance disciplines and transition into a permanent Finance role upon completion. We are targeting a start date of June 21, 2027.

Requirements

  • Completed coursework or a project involving financial analysis, data analysis, or accounting
  • Written and delivered a formal presentation or report to a group
  • Collaborated on a team project involving members from different functions or backgrounds
  • Experience using AI Tools and Excel and/or Google Sheets for financial modeling and data analytics

Nice To Haves

  • Completed a prior internship or held work experience in Finance or accounting
  • Exposure to machine learning concepts or AI tools applied to business problems
  • Held a leadership role in a club, organization, or extracurricular project

Responsibilities

  • Complete four six-month rotations across Finance functions, including Accounting and Expense Operations, Revenue Operations, Treasury, Global Procurement and Sourcing, Internal Audit, and Finance and Strategy
  • Contribute to high-impact projects, including process improvement, financial modeling, data analysis, and strategic initiatives
  • Apply AI tools within rotations to optimize and automate Finance processes
  • Present findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
