Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Mathematics, or related fields
  • Ability to compile data and effectively communicate insights
  • Excellence at developing presentation materials that are clear, concise and compelling
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, Power BI, and relevant reporting and analytics tools
  • You're a self-starter, resilient, performance driven, and a high energy strong professional looking to continuously build your career

Nice To Haves

  • 1–2-year experience as a business analyst or similar role for a CPG company or fast-moving business preferred. Internships and coursework also factored for this role.

Responsibilities

  • manage the full lifecycle of assigned brands/categories, including strategy development, execution, and performance analysis
  • oversee smaller accounts, fostering relationships and driving sales growth, while you are growing in your role
  • work with cross-functional teams to align on, and achieve distribution goals, ensuring ZURU's strategic initiatives are successfully implemented
  • partner with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities to boost brand awareness and demand
  • continuously contribute to improving commercial processes to enhance performance and efficiency, driving data-driven and decision-making and sound business judgment
  • Champion cross-functional relationships and promote ZURU's entrepreneurial culture, maintaining our innovative spirit as we grow.
