About The Position
KidSpeak, a Cicero Therapies clinic in North Charlotte, is seeking a passionate and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This is a hybrid role offering flexibility with a work-from-home day each week, while also maintaining in-person connection with the interdisciplinary team and clients. KidSpeak is expanding into a brand new 10,000 square feet, beautiful multidisciplinary clinic. The BCBA will provide high-quality ABA services through a combination of in-person care and virtual support, tailored to each child’s unique needs.
Requirements
- Current BCBA certification
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Active North Carolina state licensure
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for working with children and families in a multidisciplinary environment
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide supervision and support to RBTs and behavior technicians
- Complete in-person client supervision and in person and virtual parent sessions
- Collaborate with families to support carryover and progress across environments
- Partner closely with Occupational Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists to create integrated treatment approaches
- Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with company and payer requirements
