About The Position

Requirements

• Three years’ analysis and data visualization tool experience (preferably in a customer service or related role)
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field, or at least 3 years additional equivalent work experience.
• Field of study: Data analytics, customer focus
• Proven experience in data collection, maintenance and analysis
• Well developed skills with business intelligence tools and systems
• A keen interest in acquiring necessary skills with an ability to learn quickly
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and databases
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to write technical reports that can be utilized throughout the company
• A keen willingness to help the team and learn new skills (essential)
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.) is a plus
• Knowledge of machine learning and data mining techniques is desirable

Responsibilities

• Extract data from databases and field findings and load into CRM
• Transform data into usable formats which assist stakeholders with decision-making and strategy
• Clean and process data to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Identify and address data quality issues and discrepancies
• Implement data quality controls and monitoring mechanisms
• Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies to aid in proactive action
• Apply statistical and analytical techniques to derive insights from complex datasets
• Create visually appealing and interactive dashboards, reports, and presentations
• Collaborate with various teams to design and deliver actionable insights
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
