About The Position

The Epic Analyst - ClinDoc & Stork will act as the main support contact for the application's end-users, addressing and resolving any issues that arise. This role involves collaborating with various teams to identify and resolve issues impacting application performance and user experience. The analyst will guide workflow design, system build, and testing, and tackle technical challenges associated with Epic software. They will manage system changes as per user requests and organizational needs, functioning as a liaison between end-users, Epic implementation staff, and business stakeholders to ensure system functionality meets business requirements. The position requires maintaining regular communication with Epic representatives and participating in weekly project team meetings. The analyst will engage with the business community and end-users to understand operational needs and direct workflow configurations, lead training initiatives, and support end-users with troubleshooting and problem-solving. A key responsibility is to consistently review project status and issues with leadership, ensuring project deliverables and timelines are met, and conducting weekly team meetings to discuss project deliverables, shared issues, user concerns, budget, and milestones.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Clinical operations experience
  • Epic end-user or application support experience
  • Experience supporting clinical applications or healthcare environments.
  • Candidates will receive comprehensive training at Epic and must complete certification and tests to gain in-depth knowledge of the software.

  • Epic certification is preferred.
