About The Position
Heartline Staffing is recruiting an Epic Application Analyst specializing in clinical documentation for an opportunity supporting healthcare information systems in the Houston, Texas area. This position focuses on Epic application build, configuration, testing, optimization, implementation, and ongoing support while partnering closely with clinical and operational teams. The Epic Application Analyst supports and optimizes Epic applications to improve clinical workflows and operational efficiency. The analyst evaluates user needs, configures and maintains system functionality, manages support issues, participates in upgrades and implementations, and provides ongoing application support and problem resolution. The position works closely with clinical and operational teams, including nursing, mother-baby, and rehabilitation, and requires the ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment. Participation in a rotating on-call schedule is part of the role.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 Years Of Work Experience With Epic Build REQUIRED
- Current Epic Certification REQUIRED
- Experience Working With Epic ClinDoc REQUIRED
- Experience With Project Ownership Of Epic Applications Work REQUIRED
- Minimum 2 Years Of Equivalent Experience In Related Areas Such As Healthcare, Education Or Technology REQUIRED
- Ability To Participate In Rotating 24/7 On-Call Coverage REQUIRED
