About The Position
The A.C.Coy Company has an immediate opening for an Accounts Payable Manager. Ideal candidates will have experience 5+ years of accounts payable in a management or lead position with strong knowledge of payment process strategies, P-Card strategy, and vendor negotiations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience including account reconciliations, vendor negotiations, and P-Card
- 5+ years experience in a leadership role
- Demonstrated knowledge of process improvement strategies
- Strong oral and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Oversee all Accounts Payable functions and act as point of escalation for a timely account of issues
- Standardize and optimize Process to pay processes
- Support month end closing, reconciliations, and general ledger postings
- Ensure compliance
- Provide leadership and over-site for employees including professional development
- Support internal and external auditors
