About The Position

Requirements

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 1–2 years of accounting experience.
• Knowledge of GAAP, accounting systems, business processes, and applicable accounting and tax regulations.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication, active listening, and customer service skills.
• Ability to coordinate tasks, monitor activities, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post daily, weekly, and monthly journal entries accurately and on time.
• Analyze financial trends, business operations, revenues, expenses, and costs to support forecasting and decision-making.
• Record and reconcile transactional activities.
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure transactions comply with GAAP and company policies.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
• Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Support preparation of internal financial reports and schedules.
• Perform general accounting and administrative duties as needed.
• Maintain fixed asset records and support month-end close activities.
