About the position
foodpanda's Central Operations is seeking a HR Generalist with 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources or relevant field. The role involves owning and improving HR processes and policies, collaborating with people leaders, and providing high-quality service to employees. The ideal candidate should have comprehensive HR knowledge, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and be passionate about creating a progressive work culture. Responsibilities
- Own and manage HR business processes, including development, implementation, execution, and maintenance
- Manage end-to-end HR processes with a focus on automation
- Serve as a subject matter expert on all people-related topics throughout the employee life cycle, including onboarding, internal mobility, disciplinary actions, performance management, rewards and recognition, and off-boarding
- Collaborate with and guide business leaders to ensure a deep understanding of HR practices and processes
- Respond to employee inquiries and concerns, serving as the first point of contact for all HR-related issues
- Support HR operations activities, including issuing offer letters, onboarding new employees, conducting exit reviews, and maintaining HR data
- Manage employee queries and questions through the ticket system (JIRA)
- Ensure customer satisfaction of employees and provide professional customer support
- Support HR operation projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed
Requirements
- 3-5 years of Human Resources working experience or relevant working experience.
- Comprehensive HR knowledge, especially hands-on experience in employee relations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, good at structural thinking and problem solving.
- A SME for HR business processes >> development, implementation, execution and maintenance.
- Own end to end HR processes with strong need to automate where possible.
- Knowledge and ability to champion all people related topics in an employee life-cycle journey (onboarding, internal mobility, disciplinary, IR/ER, performance management, rewards & recognition, off-boarding, etc.).
- Ability to collaborate and guide business’s people leaders to ensure a deep understanding of HR practices or processes.
- Ability to represent the first point of contact for all employees, providing them with the highest quality service by responding to their people-related inquiries and concerns.
- Ability to support HR operation activities: e.g. issuance of offer letters, on-boarding of new employees, exit reviews, maintaining HR data etc.
- Ability to manage a wide variety of queries and questions from employees through our ticket system (JIRA).
- Ability to ensure customer satisfaction of employees and provide professional customer support.
- Ability to support HR operation projects or ad-hoc tasks.
