Advertising Senior Account Manager (Fintech/Insurance)

We are seeking an Advertising Senior Account Manager (Fintech/Insurance) to join our team in Bangsar South. Reporting to the Head of Advertising & Partnerships, this role will focus on selling advertising solutions within the foodpanda ecosystem to external partners in the financial and insurance services sector. The main objective is to help these partners achieve their market-share, awareness, usage, and new customer acquisition targets. The successful candidate will work closely with banks, fintech companies, payment providers, insurance and investment firms, and e-wallets to drive growth and value through advertising campaigns and the sale of foodpanda vouchers.

• Manage a portfolio of accounts within the financial and insurance services sector (Banks, Card Schemes, Investment & Insurance Companies, fintech, payments or e-wallets)
• Identify ways in which we can elevate partnerships with external partners
• Help external partners meet their targets of market-share, awareness, usage, and new customer acquisition
• Work closely with Banks, fintech, payment providers, card schemes, insurance & investment companies, and e-wallets to drive growth and value
• Increase the number of new customers, number of transactions, transaction value, and overall market share growth through advertising campaigns and sale of foodpanda vouchers

• Experience in advertising sales within the financial and insurance services sector
• Knowledge of the fintech, payment providers, card schemes, insurance, and investment industries
• Ability to manage a portfolio of accounts
• Strong understanding of market-share, awareness, usage, and new customer acquisition
• Familiarity with advertising campaigns and sales strategies
• Ability to work closely with external partners to drive growth and value
• Experience in selling foodpanda vouchers to incentivize increased transactions
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
