About The Position

The Email Automation Specialist will join the Red Hat Partner Ecosystem Team to design, develop, implement, and optimize email nurture experiences aimed at enhancing partner engagement and supporting recruitment and acquisition goals. This role requires acting as a technical subject matter expert in email automation, particularly with Marketo, while also leveraging Eloqua until Marketo is fully implemented. The specialist will collaborate with various teams to integrate email experiences with data platforms and other tools, ensuring effective engagement with partners.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in Marketo implementation, campaign development, and execution.
  • Eloqua experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of email marketing best practices and efficiencies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of integration with other MarTech solutions.
  • Knowledge of email/nurture analytics and reporting.
  • Ability to take initiative and be a proactive, independent contributor.
  • Ability to lead strategic and operational conversations across stakeholders.
  • Marketo certification is preferred.
  • HTML/CSS and Adobe experience is a plus.

  • Experience with other email automation tools.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

  • Function as the Marketo implementation and utilization expert.
  • Utilize Eloqua to design and implement journey canvases with dynamic content and action triggers until Marketo is fully implemented.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and digital strategists on contact/data segmentation for nurture lists.
  • Implement brand best practices into email templates to support brand compliance.
  • Provide email metrics and insights for campaign performance results and deliver optimization recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to ongoing marketing planning and optimization initiatives related to email nurture across identified audiences in support of OKRs.
  • Partner with marketing technology and operations teams for ongoing optimization and success of nurture experiences.
  • Lead efficient meetings and explain data and technical details to non-technical audiences.
