About the position
We are seeking an expert Human Resources Business Partner to collaborate closely with senior Go-To-Market executives in developing and driving key strategic HR plans/programs aligned with their business plans. The successful candidate will be a positive change agent who can drive large-scale and broad initiatives across the company. They will serve as a strategic business partner to executive leadership, delivering people and organizational solutions that are aligned with strategic business priorities and driving growth and scale. Additionally, they will partner with centers of expertise to design global talent management processes and strategies and contribute to comprehensive change management efforts.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic business partner to executive leadership in developing and driving key strategic HR plans/programs aligned with their business plans
- Assess and anticipate HR-related needs while coordinating and collaborating efforts across HR and all business functions with other HRBPs
- Deliver people and organizational solutions from a global enterprise perspective that are aligned with strategic business priorities
- Partner with centers of expertise (COEs) on the design of global talent management processes and strategies
- Contribute to comprehensive and effective change management, helping shift the culture and ensure messages are received with clarity and visibility
- Provide high insights, including quickly processing large amounts of information and identifying areas of improvement in plans and programs
- Understand the business well and what drives business results within areas supported
- Provide well-defined plans and advice to senior executives that reflect their strategic objectives, especially with regard to talent plans
- Operate strategically using creative problem-solving skills
- Facilitate effective communication through excellent writing, speaking, and grammar skills
- Ensure 100% data accuracy and attention to detail
- Collaborate and influence across different teams, levels, and situations
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR
- Preferred skills include experience in the technology, software, and SaaS industry, supporting customer-facing teams, and private company experience
- Preferred certifications include PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP
Requirements
- 7+ years of HRBP experience in a fast-growth/fast-paced environment
- Global experience across multiple HR subject areas such as change management, leadership mentoring, organizational design, workforce planning, development, DEI&B, employee relations, compensation, recruiting
- Demonstrated strong coaching and change management skills
- Ability to operate strategically using creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent facilitation, writing, speaking, and grammar skills
- Passion for details and 100% data accuracy
- Bachelor's degree, with a specialty in HR or related/equivalent relevant work experience
- Technology, software, and SaaS industry experience (preferred)
- Experience in an environment supporting customer-facing teams (preferred)
- Private company experience (preferred)
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification (preferred)
