About the position
foodpanda's Central Operations is seeking an Analyst, Customer Experience to join their team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This role will focus on problem-solving through data analytics, operational excellence, and continuous process and product improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, be data-driven, and possess excellent stakeholder management skills. Responsibilities include analyzing data, implementing and monitoring AB tests, optimizing voucher constructs, benchmarking product performance, and proposing data-driven solutions. The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a science-related field, at least 3 years of experience in e-commerce or similar industries, and the ability to think creatively and strategically.
Responsibilities
- Analyze various data sources and craft proper AB tests
- Implement the test setup, monitor the test, and analyze the results using appropriate statistical methods
- Identify opportunities to optimize voucher constructs
- Benchmark and monitor the product performance and come up with ideas to improve the product by proposing data-driven solutions
- Communicate with global and local stakeholders to keep them involved in the product and excellent stakeholder management skills
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science related fields
- 3 or more years working experience in industries like e-commerce, tech startups, consulting or similar industries
- Strong data sense with analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive decision-making
- Strategic approach towards problem-solving combined with ability to think creatively to drive innovation
