Campaign Manager

The Campaign Manager role at Delivery Hero's foodpanda is responsible for selling advertising solutions to external partners within the foodpanda ecosystem. Based in Kuala Lumpur, the Campaign Manager will work closely with the Head of Advertising & Partnerships to help partners achieve their market-share, awareness, usage, and new customer acquisition targets. This role involves coordinating and launching digital and offline advertising campaigns, tracking and optimizing campaign performance, and maintaining accurate campaign documentation. The Campaign Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of advertising campaigns and driving recurring business for foodpanda.

• Maintain accurate Campaign documentation and proof of marketing
• Work together with inventory owners across different departments and teams to coordinate and launch the campaigns
• Set up campaign, traffic and launch digital & offline advertising campaigns
• Track, measure and optimize live campaigns pacing & performance in order to deliver customers
• Identify issues and escalate them to relevant stakeholders for resolution
