Demand Generation Programs Manager, EMEA & APJ

As a Demand Generation Programs Manager at Recorded Future, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing programs in the EMEA and APJ regions. Your main focus will be on lead acquisition and revenue goals, as you build and manage integrated campaigns to amplify the company's message, increase brand awareness, and accelerate leads through the pipeline. You will collaborate with field marketing managers and the digital marketing team, work closely with business development, and track and optimize all marketing programs to improve pipeline generation and account expansion efforts. With 3-5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment, and strong fluency in HubSpot, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and success.

Collaborate with EMEA and APJ field marketing managers and the digital marketing team to develop, implement, and optimise a demand generation program plan

Assume ownership of the content syndication and webinar programs for building target account awareness and generating leads

Set up conversion experiences in HubSpot to capture new leads

Work closely with the business development function to ensure leads are being followed up with using the proper messaging and at the correct frequency

Work cross-functionally with product marketing and marcomms to execute a variety of campaigns that help us achieve our business goals and departmental OKRs

Track, analyse, and optimise all marketing programs to improve pipeline generation, pipeline acceleration, and account expansion efforts

Manage the corporate marketing calendar to ensure events and programs are up-to-date

3-5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment

Reliable track record of implementing effective and creative marketing programs that generate new leads, opportunities, and accelerate pipeline

Demonstrated experience and strong fluency in HubSpot

Exceptional project management and communication skills

In-depth understanding of demand generation and marketing principles across EMEA

Ability to collaborate across both the global marketing and EMEA sales organisation

Experience with database segmentation, lead nurturing, and message testing

Additional language is an advantage, but not essential (e.g., German, French, Spanish)

Cybersecurity background strongly preferred
