Sr Product Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly strategic and impactful Product Marketing Manager to help build and lead our product marketing function. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting differentiated messaging and positioning, orchestrating product launches, and becoming an expert in our customers and market. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and drive go-to-market strategy to support our business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B SaaS product marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Craft differentiated messaging, positioning, and stories for target audiences

Orchestrate impactful product launches

Become an expert in the customer buying decision, competitors, and market landscape

Use customer insights to improve messaging, sales process, and product capabilities

Create impactful enablement programs for customer-facing teams

Partner with Content and Revenue Marketing teams to drive cohesive campaigns

Develop assets that support marketing funnel and sales process

Build and scale repeatable programs and processes for the Product Marketing team

Bring 6+ years of job experience, with 4+ years in a product marketing role

Have relevant experience in strategy consulting, customer advocacy, content marketing, or customer success

Be a well-rounded business athlete with strategic thinking, business acumen, storytelling, creativity, and operational discipline

Be a master communicator who can distill complex ideas into compelling messaging and collateral

Thrive in ambiguous environments and solve complex problems

Have experience launching new products and features in a fast-paced startup environment

Have an excellent portfolio demonstrating writing and content delivery skills

Have insatiable curiosity, a passion for understanding customers, and empathy for product teams

Possess excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Hold a BA/BS degree

6+ years of job experience, with 4+ yrs experience in a product marketing role for a B2B SaaS company

Relevant experience in strategy consulting, customer advocacy, content marketing, or customer success is a plus

Well-rounded business athlete — with a strong mix of strategic thinking, business acumen, storytelling, creativity, and operational discipline
