Associate Marketing Executive

We are seeking an Associate marketing exec to support acquisition and retention marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, analytical, creative, customer-centric, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and quick to adapt to change. In this role, you will learn how different marketing campaigns work in a rapidly growing business, through great training and hands-on execution in various markets to drive results. You’ll work on digital campaigns across Meta, Google, Pinterest and email, and be encouraged to contribute towards a test and scale approach to help grow the business. Support acquisition and retention marketing campaigns

Learn how different marketing campaigns work in a rapidly growing business

Execute digital campaigns across Meta, Google, Pinterest, and email

Contribute towards a test and scale approach to help grow the business

Support campaign management with clear marketing KPIs in mind

Manage bids, ads, budgets, audiences, and all targeting settings

Help plan and analyze A/B tests on all aspects of campaigns

Report back on test results to fuel further tests and provide insights to others

Experience with market research and competitor analysis

Knowledge of paid media strategies and opportunities

Project management skills
