About the position
We are seeking Customer Care Representatives to join our Customer Experience team at Ruggable. This full-time opportunity is perfect for individuals fluent in German and English who will serve as the "voice" of Ruggable, interacting with customers through various channels. The ideal candidate has prior customer service experience, a positive attitude, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Serve as the "voice" for Ruggable in customer interactions via email, chat, and phone
- Track and meet KPI targets for service level agreement, first response time, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Take ownership of customer issues and prioritize resolving their problems
- Provide timely and thorough resolution to customer inquiries, including returns, cancellations, exchanges, tracking and status updates, and product recommendations
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain expert knowledge of products and features
- Communicate with management to escalate problems and recommend resolutions
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
