Associate Technical Product Manager

Ruggable is seeking an Associate Technical Product Manager to join their UK team and drive their European expansion. This role will involve overseeing the design, development, launch, and iteration of the UK and European websites. The ideal candidate will have a combination of project management expertise and technical capabilities, with a focus on product management and proficiency in various technical aspects. They should be comfortable wearing multiple hats, solving tough problems, and driving real business impact. This is a London-based role with a hybrid schedule and offers opportunities for training, career progression, and collaboration within a high-performing team.

• Oversee planning, execution, testing, and overall success of technical projects related to UK and European websites and launches
• Take ownership of the product roadmap, collaborating with stakeholders to continuously refine and prioritize based on feedback and technical feasibility
• Work closely with the US eCommerce/Engineering team to launch new products and features, test their performance, and iterate quickly
• Serve as a leader and contributor to projects, including some coding, code reviews and problem-solving
• Partner with front-end and back-end engineers to manage the integration of eCommerce and Operations APIs
• Own the end-to-end execution of A/B tests, including planning, set-up, execution, and analysis
• Utilize your technical skills to support and execute ad-hoc cross-functional technical projects for analytical and operational purposes, working closely with the relevant teams
• Address minor technical issues with autonomy, while fostering collaboration with our US-based dev team for more complex tickets

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field
• 2-3+ years of product management experience at a consumer tech company
• Experience working with and understanding Agile project management
• Proficiency in various technical aspects related to E-Commerce and cross-functional teams
• Ability to oversee planning, execution, testing, and success of technical projects
• Ownership of product roadmap and collaboration with stakeholders for refinement and prioritization
• Collaboration with US eCommerce/Engineering team for launching new products and features
• Leadership and contribution to projects, including coding, code reviews, and problem-solving
• Management of integration of eCommerce and Operations APIs
• Execution of A/B tests, including planning, setup, execution, and analysis
• Technical skills to support and execute ad-hoc cross-functional technical projects
• Ability to address minor technical issues autonomously and collaborate with US-based dev team for complex tickets
