About the position
We are seeking a Kotlin developer or a Java/JVM developer interested in transitioning to Kotlin. As part of a small cross-functional team, you will play a crucial role in the feature development lifecycle and have access to valuable customer feedback. The ideal candidate should have experience building Kotlin or JVM-based applications, be familiar with functional and object-oriented programming, and have a passion for learning and embracing challenges. Knowledge of message queue systems and event-driven architecture is advantageous. Responsibilities
Requirements
- Professional experience building Kotlin applications, or JVM-based applications in general (preferably version 8+)
- Familiarity with functional and object-oriented programming
- Curiosity and eagerness to understand how things work under the hood
- Passion for learning new things and embracing challenges
- Interest in user-centered design, product-driven development, and similar concepts
- Experience with message queue systems and event-driven architecture is an advantage
- Fluent in English
