About the position
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Account Managers in Kuching. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing management strategies, collaborating closely with other departments, and reporting to the Account Management Team Lead. Your contributions will be instrumental in the development, expansion, and maintenance of our management processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage and expand relationships with existing restaurants and proactively identify further new business opportunities
- Maintain and grow the revenue of each account
- Be both data-sensitive and sales-minded
- Monitor each account's performance metrics and ensure compliance with foodpanda's operational standards
- Work with internal support functions to ensure that every vendor that goes live on the platform meets quality standards
- Strong knowledge of all aspects of the foodpanda business

- E-commerce experience highly regarded
- Ability to multi-task and work with MS Office and CRM software
- Knowledge in Salesforce a plus
- Sense of ownership and pride in performance

- Good time-management skills and ability to work as a team player
