About the position
The Manager of HR Shared Services is responsible for overseeing and supporting the processes, solutions, and data within the HR Shared Services function. This includes managing a team, implementing process improvements, maintaining data integrity, leading projects, and providing administrative support to the HR team. The role requires a focus on customer service, efficiency, and continuous improvement. The Manager will also be responsible for recruitment and professional development of the HR Shared Services team.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support HR processes including onboarding, exiting, organizational changes, and data entry
- Identify, map, project manage, and implement process improvement, simplification, and efficiency
- Manage, lead, and develop the HR Shared Services team to ensure a positive and efficient customer service experience
- Manage workflow priorities, including call triaging and escalation, staff schedules, and quality of service monitoring
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators of the HR Shared Services team
- Ensure high level of customer service delivery from the HR Shared Services team
- Lead continuous improvement efforts to optimize and improve processes
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the HR Shared Services Team
- Responsible for recruitment and professional development of HR Shared Service team members
- Responsible for all data management and integrity in the HRIS, including entry and auditing
- Provide technical and end-user support for HR systems including ATS, Onboarding, and I-9 compliance
- Manage standard reports and create ad-hoc reports for HR leaders and cross-functional teams
- Develop user guidelines, training materials, and documentation for effective use of HR processes
- Support time and attendance service tickets in coordination with the Payroll team
- Handle sensitive employee and business information with utmost confidentiality
- Partner with HR Business Partners to gather field input into service delivery model
- Manage key Vendor relationships
- Collaborate with HRIS leadership on data entry and process improvements
- Perform other assigned duties.
