About the position
The job overview for the Analyst, Compensation role is that the individual will be responsible for analyzing, assessing, and auditing compensation programs and other Total Rewards initiatives. They will provide insights and manage all data aspects of the organization's compensation programs and systems. This role will report to the VP, Total Rewards and collaborate with other HR teams to provide in-depth analytics, create dashboards and tools for workforce planning, manage Total Rewards systems, maintain job descriptions, conduct market analysis, and assist with audit methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-depth analytics to Total Rewards and the HR Leadership team regarding the company's compensation programs.
- Create dashboards and tools for Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Business Leadership to use in workforce planning and management.
- Manage the Total Rewards systems, including the company's equity system and compensation planning tools.
- Maintain job descriptions and conduct market analysis on current and future roles.
- Participate in communication strategy and respond to inquiries about the company's employee equity program.
- Assist the Total Rewards team with audit methodologies of compensation practices and benefits vendors to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Partner with other areas of the HR department and internal teams.
Requirements
- In-depth analytics experience in compensation programs
- Ability to create dashboards and tools for workforce planning and management
- Proficiency in managing Total Rewards systems, including equity system and compensation planning tools
- Experience in maintaining job descriptions and conducting market analysis on current and future roles
- Knowledge of employee equity programs and ability to respond to inquiries
- Familiarity with audit methodologies for compensation practices and benefits vendors
- Strong collaboration and partnership skills with HR department and internal teams
