Director of HR, EMEA

We are seeking a dynamic leader with expertise in Human Resources to join our team. As the leader of our people operations, you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing our company culture. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of employee relations, coaching, engagement, compensation, performance management, compliance, and benefits. Additionally, you will collaborate with executives and other leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that drive performance and support employee development. Develop and implement a human resources plan that aligns with the overall mission and strategy of Innovid, resulting in impactful best practices and policies that will service the full range of our HR needs.

Partner with the EVP of HR to develop comprehensive approaches to employee development, retention and onboarding by refining or creating: compensation and benefits, career paths and employee development, succession planning, and learning opportunities as appropriate to the needs.

Partner with Exec and other leaders on HR strategy and practical plans to enhance performance.

Oversee compensation practices and philosophy to ensure salary benchmarking and surveys are handled on a regular basis.

Own the management of UK Benefits, audits and reporting.

Understand employment law and partner with our employment lawyers.

Oversee HRIS (BambooHR) and HR technology systems and data integrity.

Mediate employee relations.

Prior experience in startups or high growth companies

Global company experience

A minimum of 7 years related HR experience

Passion for both business and people

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence and build support for ideas and initiatives

Collaborative and excellent team player
