Jr Digital Account Manager

As a Jr Account Manager (Associate TPM) at Innovid, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow within the advertising ecosystem. You will support large initiatives and work with top brands and stakeholders, gaining exposure to various teams globally. Your role will involve managing timelines, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of client projects. Additionally, you will contribute to the growth of Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) at Innovid, becoming an expert in this area. • Participate in kick-off calls and meetings to understand clients' goals and KPIs
• Manage timelines and artifacts effectively for client projects
• Review client deliverables to ensure on-track implementation
• Coordinate with Creative and AdOps teams to bring clients' personalization vision to fruition
• Manage client communication on timelines and deliverables
• Build, manage, and maintain creative feeds according to client's copy matrix and dynamic creative elements
• Own oversight of specific project tasks and deliverables assigned to internal teams
• Troubleshoot ad hoc issues and perform QA for successful campaign launch
• Maintain and update internal account documentation and Confluence pages
• Translate client requirements into action items for internal execution
• Proficiency in productivity tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Trello, etc.
• Proficiency in Excel, including the ability to pivot data sets

At least 1-2 years of experience in Ad Tech or Digital Advertising environment, with a preferred background in Account Management, AdOps, Campaign Management or similar.

Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities with excellent time management skills.

Experience working in productivity tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Trello or similar.

Ability to translate requirements from client conversations to action items for internal execution.

Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to pivot data set.
