About the position
The Senior Manager of Business Development will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of Innovid by establishing and nurturing key partnerships with other organizations. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive partnership strategy, identifying potential partners, and initiating discussions and negotiations to establish mutually beneficial partnerships. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze market trends, and measure the performance of partnerships to optimize and improve business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic partnerships and possess exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy that supports the company's growth objectives
- Identify potential partners, evaluate their alignment with company goals, and prioritize opportunities based on strategic fit and potential impact
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential partners, including technology companies, startups, industry associations, and academic institutions
- Initiate discussions, negotiations, and agreements to establish mutually beneficial partnerships
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure contracts and agreements meet regulatory and compliance standards
- Work closely with product, engineering, marketing, sales, and other teams to define partnership requirements, objectives, and integration plans
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and partners, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the partnership lifecycle
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential partnership opportunities
- Develop business cases and presentations to articulate the strategic rationale, potential benefits, and ROI of proposed partnerships
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for each partnership to track performance and measure the impact on business growth
- Regularly review and report on partnership performance, making recommendations for optimization and improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in strategic partnerships, business development, or related roles within the technology industry
- Strong understanding of technology trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to drive initiatives to successful completion
- Experience in analyzing complex business and financial data to inform decision-making
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Willingness to travel as required for partner meetings and industry events
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred

- Base pay range of $130,000-170,000 per year
- Eligibility for quarterly bonuses based on specified benchmarks
