Solutions Architect

As a Solution Architect for Technical Services at Innovid, you will be responsible for custom solution definition and delivery for global customers. Your role will involve understanding and defining customers' business challenges, leading technical conversations, and providing comprehensive solutions. You will also be involved in creating best practices, collaborating with product and R&D teams, and managing technical projects. With your experience in pre-sales or post-sales technical roles, as well as hands-on architecture and design experience, you will play a crucial role in driving successful implementations and influencing the future usage of the product.

Technical lead of all aspects of a successful implementation; from pre-sales requirements gathering and documentation, to delivery and training.

Execute an extensive analysis to design the solution and describe it through architecture and design artifacts.

Present proposed solutions and maintain ongoing technical discussions with the customer across all levels.

Create best practices and process efficiencies for technical projects and deployments.

Work with the Product and R&D teams to understand the product roadmap and play an active role in defining features and changes in Product requirements that influence the future customer’s usage of the product.

3 + years of experience working with customers in a pre-sales or post-sales technical role

3 + years of experience managing and delivering technical projects

2 + years of hands-on architecture and design experience with SaaS, Cloud, and API driven applications

Experience presenting to both technical and executive audiences, whether impromptu on a whiteboard or through presentations and demos

Experience creating SOWs (Scopes of Work)

Comprehensive 3rd Party integration experience (APIs, etc), including:

• Experience working with Postman, SOAPUI and/or Swagger
• Knowledge of the OpenAPI Specification
• Understanding of protocols such as FTP/SFTP and HTTP(S)

Advanced/Native English level with excellent writing and communication skills

Experience working with Amazon Web Services or other Cloud platforms

Experience working with Integration Architectural patterns (ESBs, API managers, data caching strategies, microservices, orchestration, etc.)

Excellent problem-solving skills

Nice to Haves:

• Understanding of complete data analytics stack and workflow; from ETL, to data platform design, to BI and analytics tools
• Understanding of Agile & Lean principles
• AWS Cloud Practitioner or AWS Solutions Architect Certification
• Understanding of concepts like Resource-Oriented API Modelling and GraphQL.
