About the position
The job overview for the Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition Intern position at Bynder is to assist in building and maintaining the employer brand through various marketing channels, with a focus on Instagram. The intern will collaborate with the Global Talent Acquisition Team and the Creative team in the Marketing department to create impactful content for internal and external communication. They will also be involved in developing recruitment marketing campaigns, tracking metrics, and supporting the team with talent acquisition related tasks. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced environment, requiring creativity, energy, and the ability to deliver results.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research on best practices for employer branding integrated marketing campaign and make recommendations
- Support building the weekly social media calendar and activation, and promote job vacancies, highlight employee experiences and company culture, and share updates about the company's initiatives
- Assist the creative team with creating impactful and effective content (within the brand guidelines) for internal and external communication, including but not limited to referral programs, social media posts (visual and copy), video interviews, job descriptions, and marketing materials for school career events
- Assist the creative team in brainstorming creative ideas and strategies around Employer Branding content and marketing activation
- Assist in developing recruitment marketing campaigns and strategies to drive traffic to the company's website and social media channels
- Assist in tracking and analyzing key metrics to measure the effectiveness of employer branding efforts and job board performance
- Work on a variety of design-related requests from the Global Talent Acquisition team
- Support the global team with other talent acquisition related topics such as scheduling and intern hiring
Requirements
- Studying a master's or bachelor's degree in Communications, Media, (Digital) Marketing, Design or related field in a Dutch school
- Fluent in English
- Available for 6 months (or longer)
- Creative and active student with a lot of energy to take up multiple projects
- Hands-on attitude and very creative; out-of-the-box thinking and doing
- Ability to deliver and get things done
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment
