Customer Onboarding Manager

We are seeking a Customer Onboarding Manager for our EMEA team who will be responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new customers. This role involves implementing product deliverables, managing timelines, and setting customers up for long-term success. The ideal candidate will have a mix of people skills and technical aptitude, with the ability to translate customer needs into a strong system setup. They will also be a professional project manager and product consultant, empowering the customer team to become Bynder champions. The successful candidate will be highly customer-focused, flexible, results-driven, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Manage the timely and complete implementation of the Bynder suite
• Consult and advise the customer on asset bank taxonomy and metadata structures, workflows and use cases, and Bynder business processes
• Identify and act on opportunities to optimize MarCom processes and change management
• Act as the customer’s voice to our Product Team, presenting technical issues and improvement requests
• Be the Bynder use case and technical expert for Sales and Customer Success

• Fluent in English and Dutch or German
• Relevant professional experience in project management, technical implementation, and/or consultancy; preferably in digital industries
• Understanding of experience with API and integrations is a huge plus
• Experience with professional-level video editing is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's level of critical thinking
• Great organization skills
• Strong affinity with tech, affinity with video editing software is a big plus
• Comfortable in front of groups
• Willingness to travel
• Ability to learn on the fly and manage own time effectively
