About the position
Bynder is seeking an Associate Customer Success Manager who will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving adoption, retention, and growth. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, possesses excellent communication skills, and enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment. They will work with customers to ensure their success, develop account plans, and act as a liaison between the customer and the Product team. This role requires strong client relationship management skills, analytical abilities, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
Responsibilities
- Work with customers to ensure adoption, retention, expansion, advocacy, and overall success
- Establish strong trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders
- Ensure that customers employ DAM best practices and leverage Bynder effectively
- Optimize the Bynder platform for maximum value
- Increase product adoption, retention, and overall customer satisfaction
- Uncover account needs, growth, and upsell potential
- Develop and execute account/success plans
- Engage customers in strategic and operational reviews
- Drive customer advocacy resulting in case studies, references, and referrals
- Present the product roadmap to customers and keep them updated on new features and enhancements
- Act as a liaison between the customer and the Product team
- Optimize internal processes to work efficiently and at scale
- Increase client satisfaction, adoption, retention, and advocacy
- Develop strong client relationships and manage expectations
- Problem-solve effectively
- Present, communicate, and work effectively with other internal teams
- Utilize data to drive adoption, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks
- Demonstrate excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
- Experience with other DAM technologies and Salesforce/Gainsight is a plus
- Salary range for California: $75,000 - $85,000 in the bay area.
Requirements
- 1-3 years in a customer-facing role, ideally Support, Customer Success, Business Development or Account Management
- Demonstrated history of increasing client satisfaction, adoption, retention and advocacy
- Ability to develop strong client relationships, manage expectations, and critically problem-solve
- Ability to present, communicate, and work effectively with other internal teams
- Outstanding probing and listening skills
- Strong analytical skills and use of data to help drive adoption, find opportunities and risks
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
- Experience with other DAM technologies a plus
- Experience with Salesforce and Gainsight a plus
