About The Position
Renewal by Andersen is seeking a Window and Door Installer (1099) to join their team. This is a business opportunity to be part of a leader in the industry, focusing on providing homeowners with a better window and door replacement experience. The role involves installing residential windows and doors.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience installing residential windows and doors.
- Excellent and verifiable carpentry skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable means of transportation.
- Must provide enclosed trailer or truck equipped to transport windows along with a metal brake and tools to perform window/door installations.
- Must have an LLC/EIN, S-Corp, C-Corp, or Partnership.
- Must be fully insured and provide proof of liability, auto and workers’ compensation insurance.
- Must have EPA/Lead certification.
- Ability to bend, lift, and stoop without difficulty and lift up to 90 lbs. without help.
- High degree of organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Install residential windows and doors.
- Perform window and door installations using provided tools and equipment.
- Transport windows and materials using an enclosed trailer or truck.
- Complete installations efficiently and professionally.
