About The Position

We are seeking a Commercial Glass & Window Installer/Glazier to join our team. We hire for attitude and work ethic, and provide paid on-the-job training and apprenticeship development. This role involves assisting in the assembly or installation of various glass and window products at commercial/residential sites. You will be trained in glass handling, safety procedures, installation techniques, blueprint reading, field layout, and measurement, as well as commercial jobsite workflow.

Responsibilities

Assist in the assembly or installation of storefront, curtain wall, aluminum doors, pre-glazed windows, skylights, HM Glass, glass rails, architectural metal, shower doors and mirrors at commercial/residential sites.
Lift 75 pounds on a regular basis.
Work outside in all conditions.
Work off ladders, scissor lifts, boom lifts, platform lifts, scaffold, and swing stages (at any height).
Be insured to drive company vehicles.
Accurately read a tape measure.
Use hand and power tools.
Work overtime.
Work out of town.
Take direction and follow through with instructions.
Read shop drawings and apply information to work.
Read and understand manufacturer installation instructions.
Assemble storefront and curtain wall.
