Warehouse Associate

PLYWOOD EXPRESS, INC.Pompano Beach, FL
$0 - $20Onsite

About The Position

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting the accuracy and organization of the warehouse, including pulling materials for production, receiving and quality-checking inbound shipments, maintaining accurate inventory through cycle counts, and preparing outbound shipments. This person also serves as the first point of contact for customers picking up orders, verifying that paperwork matches the sales order before releasing materials. This role requires someone who is motivated, driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable with basic math. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who takes pride in accuracy and is willing to grow into more technical responsibilities — including measuring and calculating square footage for pre-production architectural materials — once they are confident and comfortable with day-to-day processes, typically within the first 3–6 months. This person functions as the first line of defense for materials entering and leaving the building, and their accuracy directly protects production timelines, inventory integrity, and customer relationships.

  • A demonstrated willingness to learn and grow into new, more technical responsibilities over time.
