Warehouse Associate II (Flex)

About The Position

Warehouse Operations performs the manual or automated tasks necessary to receive, store, and ship products. This may include receiving product, fulfilling orders, packaging, and shipping within established team goals to ensure on-time delivery. Training is provided starting on the first day, and candidates with little to no warehouse experience are welcome. This is a flex schedule role with one mandatory shift scheduled in advance by the business: Fridays from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. or until work is finished. For the remainder of the work week, the associate may select as many or as few available shifts as desired, for a total of 8–29 hours weekly. The anticipated hourly range is $20.60–$21.20, including shift differential, based on experience. The role is not bonus eligible. Paid time off is provided in compliance with applicable laws. Requirements

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Comfort working at heights up to 30 feet.
Ability to follow directions and change priorities.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with technologies such as computers or point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

Follow established processes to fulfill orders, including accurately picking products, performing quality control checks, packing products, and preparing orders for shipment.
Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed.
Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Train and become certified to drive material handling equipment as required by job duties.
