Warehouse Associate II (Flex)
About The Position
Warehouse Operations performs manual and automated tasks needed to receive, store, and ship products, including receiving products, fulfilling and packaging orders, and shipping within established team goals to support on-time delivery. The Warehouse Associate II follows established order-fulfillment processes, including picking products accurately, completing quality-control checks, packing products, and preparing orders for shipment. This is a flex schedule. The mandatory shift is Fridays from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. or until work is finished. For the remainder of the work week, the associate may choose available shifts and work as many or as few hours as desired, for 8–29 hours per week. Training is provided starting on the first day. The associate may be cross-trained in multiple warehouse areas and may participate in projects as needed.
Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Comfort working at heights up to 30 feet.
- Ability to follow directions and change priorities.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with technology such as computers or point-of-sale systems.
Responsibilities
- Follow established order-fulfillment processes by accurately picking products, performing quality-control checks, packing products, and preparing orders for shipment.
- Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed.
- Perform housekeeping and inventory-control tasks and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Be willing to train and become certified to drive material-handling equipment as required by job duties.
