About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory control.
• Willingness to obtain certification to operate warehouse equipment such as a forklift or pallet jack.
• Ability to work with yeast and flour products.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods, climb stairs, lift up to 30 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. on occasion, and perform heavy pushing and pulling of product.
• Ability to work in refrigerated conditions of 33–38 degrees and in environments with exposure to loud machinery when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload delivery trucks.
• Move and store food and other products in the distribution center.
• Receive incoming products and check them for accuracy.
• Load trucks to maximize delivery accuracy.
• Complete load verifications using a handheld scanner.
• Cross-train to assist the Production Department as needed.
