About The Position

The Part-time Warehouse Associate works at Fastenal’s branch at 474 Technology Way, Napa, California. The role supports the flow of products into and out of the facility and helps manage inventory for an industrial distributor. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., for up to 28 hours per week. Fastenal provides on-the-job, online, instructor-led classroom, and virtual training to help employees perform their role and develop within the company. Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must have a current, full, valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located, including successful completion of any applicable graduated license program, and meet driving record requirements to use a company vehicle as needed.
Proficient written and oral communication skills.
Proficient computer skills.
Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities.
Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service oriented.
Attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency.

Ability to lift, slide, carry, and lower packages typically weighing 25–50 pounds and possibly up to 75 pounds.
