About The Position

Openwork is hiring an experienced, dependable Warehouse Associate / General Laborer for an established manufacturing company in Stafford, Texas. The assignment begins with a two-week warehouse organization and cleaning project, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent Assembly position based on performance and company needs. The role involves hands-on warehouse organization, cleaning equipment and parts, moving materials, and maintaining a safe, orderly work environment. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM, and the pay is $15.00 per hour. The initial assignment is temporary; benefits may be available upon permanent hire.

Requirements

• At least 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations, general labor, manufacturing, equipment cleaning, or related work.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative.
• Experience organizing materials, maintaining work areas, or handling equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently.
• Comfort performing hands-on cleaning and warehouse duties.
• Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Organize, sort, and clean warehouse materials and supplies.
• Remove outdated or unnecessary materials from designated areas.
• Clean equipment and parts, including pressure washing.
• Rearrange and organize warehouse storage areas.
• Move, stage, and prepare equipment and materials as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and instructions.
• Assist with additional warehouse and general labor duties.
