About The Position

InstaClockPRO is seeking dependable, motivated, and hardworking individuals for General Labor Warehouse Worker positions with its employer partners. Workers support daily warehouse operations such as loading and unloading shipments, receiving inventory, picking and packing orders, organizing products, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The opportunity is open to candidates with or without previous warehouse experience. Forklift experience is encouraged but is not required for all positions; training may be available for qualified candidates depending on employer needs and site requirements. Candidates should demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, teamwork, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to workplace safety. Assignments may be in distribution centers, fulfillment facilities, manufacturing warehouses, shipping departments, or loading docks. Depending on the assignment, employees may work around moving equipment and delivery vehicles and in indoor, outdoor, refrigerated, or non-climate-controlled areas. Schedules and specific physical requirements, lifting limits, and environmental conditions will be communicated for each assignment. Nice To Haves

Previous warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing, shipping, receiving, or material-handling experience.
Experience using pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, or inventory management systems.
Forklift experience or experience with other powered industrial trucks.
Familiarity with picking, packing, loading, unloading, and inventory control.
Experience meeting production or fulfillment targets.
Forklift training credentials or interest in learning new warehouse skills.

Responsibilities

Load and unload trucks, trailers, containers, and delivery vehicles.
Receive, sort, label, and organize incoming inventory.
Pick, pack, wrap, and prepare products for shipment.
Move merchandise, materials, and supplies throughout the warehouse.
Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
Verify product quantities, labels, and shipping documentation.
Prepare pallets and packages for distribution.
Maintain organized storage areas and assist with warehouse layout requirements.
Use hand trucks, pallet jacks, carts, and other approved material-handling equipment.
Operate forklifts or powered industrial trucks only when properly trained, evaluated, and authorized.
Follow procedures for moving, stacking, and storing materials.
Report damaged products, equipment malfunctions, and unsafe conditions to a supervisor.
Maintain a clean, orderly, and hazard-free work area and keep aisles, exits, loading areas, and emergency equipment accessible.
Follow warehouse safety procedures and employer policies, and wear required personal protective equipment as applicable.
Promptly report workplace injuries, spills, hazards, and incidents.
Follow instructions from warehouse supervisors and team leads.
Meet reasonable productivity, quality, and attendance expectations.
Work collaboratively with shipping, receiving, inventory, and logistics teams.
Adapt to changing workloads and assigned duties.
Complete other warehouse-related tasks as assigned.
