Warehouse general labor roles include production stack-off and shipping/material-handling work across A, B, and C shifts. Shift schedules are A Shift Production: 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. or 3:15 p.m.; B Shift Shipping: 2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m.; B Shift Material Handling: 3:00 p.m.–12:30 a.m.; and C Shift Shipping: 10:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m. Hours may vary depending on business needs. B and C shifts receive a $1.00 shift differential. Applicants should communicate with Recruiting to discuss current openings. Stack-off personnel support production coming off the floor after it has been manifested. They work on stack-off lines in finished-goods warehouses, following established stack patterns designed to maximize warehouse capacity. Forklift Operators, Box Loaders, and Combo Loaders operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and associated attachments—including slip sheets and clamps—to move, locate, relocate, pick, stage, count, load, and unload finished goods and other materials in warehouses and trailers. All roles require adherence to safety guidelines, policies, and requirements. Required certifications for operating the powered industrial equipment needed for the position must be completed and maintained to retain the position. The work environment is cold, and proper personal protective equipment is required. The role frequently involves lifting up to 50–75 pounds.
